Policies
I bake with flours that have not been modified or enriched with synthetic B vitamins. I also look for products that are glysophate free when I purchase flours. Along with wheat-free, I also bake some products that are dairy-free, and even a few that are sugar-free.
My baked goods are also infused with vegetables or other nutrient dense ingredients without compromising taste. Examples are chocolate zucchini cake, oatmeal chai cookies, and blueberry-banana bread.
My whole family loves my baking. They like the richer flavors of alternative grains, along with whole food ingredients and less sugar. So, in this sense, they are for anyone looking for healthier options.
I bake specifically for those who are gluten sensitive. The rise in gluten sensitivities certainly may be attributed to the fact that much of our grains are sprayed with glysophate. And then, enriched with synthetic B Vitamins when processed as flour.
If you are experiencing joint pain, wide spread inflammation, an auto-immune disease, or know that you are expressing the MFHTR Genetic mutation, changing your diet is often the first place to start in regaining your health.
Although, special diets never fall into the one-size fits all category, replacing wheat flour for alternative grains is a great place to start when dealing with inflammatory issues.
Yes! That is actually preferred. I will have items on The Tea Stand on Tuesday and Friday mornings, but I will focus on one or two items at a time depending on demand.

Although honor system farm stands are popular, they are not legal under Texas cottage laws. I must be present when you pick up your order or purchase an item from the Tea Stand. I do have our Venmo code on The Tea Stand to make it easier to access. I take cash, credit, or check. I can also text you a pay link for pre-orders.
