Shipping Policy

We ship orders out on Mondays. However, whenever possible, we also ship orders throughout the week.

 

Please allow 3 business days to process orders. From there, delivery should take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days depending on the destination.

We use USPS and UPS as our carriers. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you will be issued a tracking number.

At this time, we do not offer overnight or international delivery.

If for some reason your order is damaged, lost, or incorrect, please contact us at support@jubileeseasons.com. We value your business and will be happy to replace your product. 

If lost, please allow 21 days before reporting a missing order as mail carriers sometimes experience delays.

We all need seasons of rest and recovery. And to be reminded that every season holds the possibility renewal.
