Jubilee Seasons Tea:
Before purchasing, please choose the teas that are right for you. If needed, talk to your health care provider, especially if you are taking medication.
We believe you will love our teas! Because of that, if for some reason you need to return a tea, we offer a 60-day money back guarantee. Please contact us at support@jubileeseasons.com to initiate your return. We will provide a full refund on the original price of the tea. However, we cannot refund shipping costs as they are given to the carrier.
Upon contact, please let us know your name, order number, and what items you would like to return.
You will be responsible for the cost to return the unused portion of your tea. Once items arrive back to us, we will issue your refund back to the card used to purchase.
Drop-shipped Items
Our drop-shipped items are created and distributed through a third party. If you ever receive anything damaged or of poor quality, please contact us at support@jubileeseaons.com and we will work with our supplier to bring about the proper solution whether that is replacing the item or offering a refund.
Upon contact, please let us know your name, order number, and what items are in question. If a return is needed, we will refund the card used upon purchase. Again, shipping cost cannot be refunded since they are given to the carrier.
Printed and Digital Products:
We do not offer refunds on our written resources. All sales are final. However, if you ever receive anything of poor print quality, please let us know and we will replace it.
