Serenitea is a gentle blend, but because it contains green tea, it does provide a small amount of naturally occurring caffeine. If you are highly sensitive to caffeine, pregnant or nursing, or have been advised to limit caffeine by your healthcare provider, please consider if this blend is right for you. You may also want to drink this blend earlier in the day.

Lemon balm may promote relaxation and could enhance the effects of sedative medications or supplements. It has also been studied for its effects on thyroid function, so those with thyroid conditions should speak with their healthcare provider before regular use. As with any herbal product, please consult your physician if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or managing a chronic health condition.

Each package of Serenitea includes 30 generously filled tea bags, each containing 2 grams of our handcrafted blend fora rich, flavorful cup. Our tea bags are made from eco-friendly, non-toxic, and biodegradable materials because we believe caring for ourselves and caring for creation go hand in hand.
