Rooibos is also naturally low in tannins, which many people find easier on digestion than traditional black teas.

Blissful Blue is naturally caffeine-free and is well tolerated by most people. However, hibiscus may support healthy blood pressure and blood sugar, which means it could enhance the effects of medications prescribed for those conditions. While rooibos has an excellent safety profile and has been enjoyed for generations, anyone with significant liver disease, hormone-sensitive conditions, or a known allergy to any of the ingredients should seek personalized medical guidance before using herbal products regularly.
