Jubilee Season's Teas

Do you consider yourself a highly sensitive person? If so, this means you are simply more prone to nervous system dysregulation. But, did you know that listening to birds sing for just six minutes helps to reset your parasympathetic nervous system? Studies suggests that because birds only sing when they feel safe–when there is an absence of danger–their song helps to calm our own nervous systems, bringing a sense of safety to our hearts. We need that felt sense of safety in order to shift from survival mode to rest. Isn't it gracious of our Heavenly Father to remind us of His care through the beautiful birdsong we hear everyday.

If you have time, grab a cup of tea and click the button to listen to some fabulous bird songs...some are serene and calming, while others are sure to make you smile. And helping you cultivating wonderment, joy, and a sense of well-being is behind everything we do at Jubilee Seasons.

Our Manifesto

We believe God speaks through Scripture and an awareness of His Spirit, but also through sunlight spilling across a page, the quiet persistence of wildflowers, the flash of a hummingbird's wings, and the courage to begin again.

We believe creativity is not a luxury, but an act of healing. One that pays attention to the needs of others and speaks into that need.

We believe every season, even ones we would never choose, hold seeds of renewal. And that if stewarded as such, will lead us back home to ourselves, and into a deeper awareness of the heart our loving Father.

Our products are designed to support your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs, no matter your season, but ultimately help you find rhythms that allow for joy and wonderment to return when things get hard.

Jubilee Seasons - Why the name?

Y'all, life gets hard! As people, we are not designed to dredge through life doing the same things over and over and getting little in return. Life is meant to be lived in seasons–some seasons are joyful while others bring unexpected pain, but the beautiful message of “jubilee” is built upon a promise that seasons can change for the better.

Maybe you are one whose internal talk sounds something like this:

  • “Things have to change!”

  • “I cannot continue to beat my head against the same wall.”

  • “I don’t know how to regain my joy.”

  • “The constant stress I’m living with is making me sick.”

If this is you, you are not alone. And our company was created with you in mind...

When you purchase from Jubilee Seasons, we give a donation to the Genesis Center in Kaufman, Texas. They are a long-term, safe shelter facility for women healing from abuse, addiction, and homelessness. This is near and dear to our hearts because women with ADHD are more likely to experience abuse in any/all of its various forms–physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
